All of our products are drop shipped direct from the manufacturer. Other than your address, our vendors have no additional information about your order. For fastest turnaround and best service please complete our Return Request Form above.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A refund will be made less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
To receive a refund this process must be followed.
1. Do not return to sender.
2. Fill out a Return Request Form
3. Our Customer Service team will contact you letting you know if your item is eligible for a return
4. If your item is eligible for return, send your item to:

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then you will receive a refund of your original order minus the 20% restocking fee and original shipping cost.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. These refunded payments sometimes take multiple days to be recognized so you may not see them on your statement immediately.
Please note that if you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. MC Parts Depot is not responsible for any any damages or losses in return shipping.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Items that are not eligible for return include special order items, electronic components, and gauges. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Sale items are not eligible for returns. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Exchanges (if applicable)
MC Parts Depot will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please use our Return Request Form. State that you are needing an exchange and the reason for the exchange in the "reason for return" box.
